How to Cook

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of Karuppu Kavuni Kanji Mix with 1 cup of water without lumps.
  • Cook on medium flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens.
  • Serve warm with salt and buttermilk or sweeten with palm jaggery.
